I ship from Alberta, Canada

At this time I only ship via CanadaPost because it's the simplest method available. However if you would like to ship via another method, let me know and I'll see what I can do.

Sorry I do not accept returns at this time because they are far to complicated and time consuming. I try my best to describe the items. However if there was a mistake on my end. eg. I shipped you the wrong item. I will of course accept the return and pay for the shipping cost.

I try to ship out as soon as possible. Most of the time I ship orders out the next day. Sometimes if I'm busy I won't be able to ship out until the 2nd day after payment has cleared. And sometimes if you send payment before my trip to the post office I can ship out the same day.

Canada: Letter mail: 4 business days Expedited: with tracking and insurance, 1~8 business days USA Light Packet: 6~10 business days Surface: with insurance: 6~12 business days Expedited: with tracking and insurance, 4~8 business days International: Light Packet: 6~12 business days Surface: with insurance, 4~6 WEEKS AIR: with insurance, 6~12 business days However during the holidays shipping may take longer due to high volume of parcels that the post office need to process.

I only accept payments via Paypal as it is the safest method for both the buyer and seller. If you don't have a paypal account you can still submit payment via Paypal's credit card option.
